📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize delivery routes and fleet management using Google Maps API and GIS tools.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with regional logistics teams to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Leverage Tableau and Power BI to create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels.
• Train and mentor junior logistics analysts to build a high-performing team.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in logistics technology and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a proven track record in optimizing delivery networks.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of GIS and mapping tools like Google Maps API.
• Certification in Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CPSCM) or similar is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
