📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Taking and recording food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and courteously
- Assisting with table service, including refilling drinks and clearing tables
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food presentation
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks
