📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions, including invoices and bank statements.
• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial forecasts.
• Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks and Xero.
• Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and other tax-related documents.
• Provide financial support to the team, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic international environment.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for accounting and a desire to grow in a mentorship program.
• Valid work permit for Bali.
