📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain data quality rules and standards to ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data.
• Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and implement solutions.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with business processes.
• Implement and monitor data governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integration and synchronization of master data across various systems.
• Provide training and support to business users on data quality best practices.
• Monitor and report on data quality metrics and trends.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management and governance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data quality, or data governance.
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling tools such as ERwin or Visio.
• Experience with data quality tools like Informatica Data Quality or Talend Data Quality.
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise data management systems is a plus.
