📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage financial operations for housing development projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success and financial health.
• Monitor project finances to ensure compliance with budget and financial regulations.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial operations or accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
• Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
