📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage off-site medical services, including home visits, workplace health screenings, and community health programs.
• Schedule and organize medical appointments, ensuring that all necessary resources and staff are available.
• Communicate with patients, doctors, and support staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and maintain medical equipment, supplies, and medications for off-site services.
• Conduct follow-up visits and provide necessary medical advice to patients.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of off-site medical services, providing feedback to improve service quality.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new off-site medical service programs.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical coordination, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using medical software and scheduling tools, such as EPIC, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
