📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models of civil and structural projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, and Navisworks.
• Ensure that all BIM models comply with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality BIM models that enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination to identify and resolve conflicts in the BIM models.
• Prepare and present BIM models for client reviews and approvals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the BIM industry.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
• Document all BIM processes and models for future reference and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in BIM modeling for civil and structural projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, and Navisworks.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including IFC (Industry Foundation Classes) and BIM execution plans.
• Strong understanding of 3D modeling, clash detection, and coordination.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
