As an Associate IT Officer (Videoconference Engineering) at ADB, you will work closely with our global IT team to design, implement, and maintain our videoconferencing infrastructure. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain ADB's videoconferencing infrastructure, including Cisco Webex, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to videoconferencing systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum uptime.
• Optimize videoconferencing system performance, including network bandwidth, latency, and quality of service.
• Ensure the security and reliability of videoconferencing solutions, including access controls, encryption, and compliance with ADB's security policies.
• Provide technical support and training to ADB staff on the use of videoconferencing tools and systems.
• Collaborate with the global IT team to align videoconferencing solutions with ADB's IT strategy and infrastructure.
• Monitor and report on the performance and usage of videoconferencing systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in videoconferencing, and recommend improvements to ADB's videoconferencing infrastructure.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a focus on videoconferencing technology.
• Certifications in Cisco Webex, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams are a plus.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of ADB's operations and global IT infrastructure is a plus.
