📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage tax compliance, including filing and reporting for corporate and individual tax returns.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee operational accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on tax compliance and financial audits.
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards, including Indonesian GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in tax accounting or financial auditing is a plus.
