Apotek Adi Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and reordering.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and maintain store facilities, ensuring they are clean, organized, and functional.,Provide training and development opportunities for store staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or grocery store.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
