📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and software.,Monitor and maintain the performance and security of our IT infrastructure.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Ensure the availability and reliability of our IT systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and macOS.,Experience with network protocols and security measures.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
