📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and financial staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English is a plus.
