📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.,Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
