📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.,Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints.,Promoting products and services to potential customers.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong customer service orientation.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
