PT German Premium Engineering is seeking a skilled Request for Quotation (RFQ) professional to join our team in Lombok. This role is crucial in ensuring the stability and safety of our projects, particularly in the slope stability analysis domain.

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting RFQs for various engineering projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and submit accurate and detailed RFQs for engineering projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate with project teams to gather necessary information for RFQ preparation.
  • Evaluate and compare quotes from suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Monitor RFQ processes to ensure timely submission and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update RFQ templates and procedures.
  • Provide support to the project team in the selection of suppliers.
  • Ensure all RFQs are in line with the company's quality and safety policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in RFQ processes, preferably in the engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards.
  • Familiarity with slope stability analysis is a plus.
