Direct Link Unggul is looking for a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and coordinating with various departments to meet production targets. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.,Coordinate with sales, design, and other departments to meet customer requirements.,Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with industry standards.,Train and mentor production staff to improve productivity and performance.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure adequate supplies for production.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a production environment.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control measures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
