Bidang Indra Health Center is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for managing and executing banquet services to ensure our clients have a memorable experience.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our events.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and staff.

Ensure the banquet venue is set up according to the event requirements.

Greet and assist guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout the event.

Manage food and beverage service during the banquet.

Oversee the cleanup and post-event tasks to ensure the venue is left in good condition.

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth event execution.

Adhere to health and safety regulations during the event.

Maintain accurate records of event details and guest information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 1 year of experience in event management or banquet services.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with event planning software and tools.

Knowledge of health and safety regulations for event venues.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for event travel.
