📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Conduct job interviews, reference checks, and background verifications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company's goals.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and leverage various recruitment channels to source candidates.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process and team performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of the restaurant industry and its unique hiring challenges.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
