📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.,Manage project timelines and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to stakeholders.,Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure project success.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective project marketing strategies.,Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering or related roles.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry standards.,Proficient in using engineering software and project management tools.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
