📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.,Work closely with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and functioning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a similar field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and compliance regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as electronic health records (EHR) systems and patient management software.,Experience in managing and mentoring a team of operational staff.
