📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of tax consultants, providing training and development opportunities.,Conduct tax planning and compliance audits for clients, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to the team.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of tax services.,Participate in tax planning and compliance projects, providing expert advice and guidance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.,Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with the banking and financial services industry is a plus.,Ability to travel and work in different locations, as required.
