📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmaceutical department, ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to pharmaceuticals and food safety.,Train and mentor junior staff members to maintain high standards of performance and knowledge.,Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure the safety and efficacy of our products.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or challenges that may arise.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pharmaceutical activities and inventory.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.,Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or food industry.,Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Agricultural Practices (GAP).,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using relevant software and tools for record-keeping and data analysis.,Familiarity with the coffee industry is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations within the company as needed.
