📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the work of junior electricians and ensure all electrical work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage the electrical maintenance schedule and prioritize work based on urgency and importance.
  • Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Ensure all electrical work is completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Maintain and update electrical documentation and records.
  • Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures.
  • Participate in emergency response and restoration efforts as needed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
