• Certification in injection molding (e.g., Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) Certified Molding Technician).
• Proficiency in using CAD software for mold design and analysis (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Experience with PLC programming and CNC machine operation.
