Bidang Intan Fashion is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Lamongan, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for fashion. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.,Monitor store performance against sales targets and KPIs.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Participate in inventory management and restocking processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with hybrid work models is a plus.
