Market Urban Corporindo is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity,Managing inventory and supply chain processes,Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels,Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs),Implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations,Providing excellent customer service and support,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
