Sehati Adi Health Center is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department and the overall success of our organization. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing our workforce, as well as ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure we hire the best talent for our organization.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular employee training and development programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the HR department to ensure it is meeting its goals and objectives.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
