In this role, you will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing all common areas. You will also handle laundry services, manage inventory, and address any maintenance issues promptly. Our luxury apartment complex is located in a prime area of Bali, offering you the opportunity to work in a vibrant and beautiful setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in all apartment areas, including living rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens.
• Vacuum, dust, and mop all common areas to maintain a spotless environment.
• Handle laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
• Address and report any maintenance issues to the property management team.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Follow and adhere to the housekeeping schedule and protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Proactive and reliable with excellent time management skills.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and steam cleaners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Bali is required.
