📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Taking and recording food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and courteously
• Assisting with table service, including refilling drinks and clearing tables
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
• Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed
• Following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food and beverage service role, preferably in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food presentation
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks
