CV Cipta Sinergi is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. This role is based in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat, and the salary is negotiable.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure vehicles are used efficiently and effectively.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with regulations.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring cargo is handled safely and efficiently.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Coordinate with third-party service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are insured and comply with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.,Provide support to drivers and other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
