📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.,Manage and train store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities and track their effectiveness.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Assist in preparing and analyzing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Maintain a clean and organized store, adhering to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management or supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently, with a proactive and positive attitude.,Must be fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
