📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to stakeholders.,Provide strategic financial advice to the company's management.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.,Manage the company's payroll and benefits administration.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting management.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
