📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage financial operations for housing development projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting using SAP and QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success and financial health.
- Monitor project finances to ensure compliance with budget and financial regulations.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify financial risks and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial operations or accounting, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in SAP and QuickBooks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
