📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the company
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Lead and mentor a team of operational staff
  • Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in managing and improving operational processes
  • Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
