📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses with high precision and accuracy.
  • Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Preparing and maintaining detailed laboratory records and reports.
  • Training and supervising junior lab technicians.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality management systems and ISO standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Proven track record of conducting accurate and reliable laboratory tests.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and supervise junior staff.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
