📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand our market reach.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
