📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Overseeing the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Providing financial advice and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Supervising the work of junior accountants and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Monitoring and managing the company's budget and financial performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures related to accounting and finance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
