📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the assigned department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve targets.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and integration.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, ensuring financial accountability.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance departmental performance.
  • Represent the company at internal and external meetings, as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial resources.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Must be willing to work remotely and adhere to company policies and procedures.
