📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Maintain a strong candidate database and follow up with potential candidates to keep them engaged.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful hiring and onboarding processes.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
