Cafe Kirana Laundry is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage our laundry logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring that our laundry services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of laundry logistics, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of laundry services.,Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure timely and efficient delivery of laundry services.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels of laundry supplies and equipment.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure their feedback is addressed promptly.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the laundry industry is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
