📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and execution of daily operational tasks.,Support the operations team in maintaining accurate records and reports.,Assist in the organization and management of office supplies and equipment.,Support the logistics team in the planning and execution of deliveries.,Assist in the preparation of operational documents and reports.,Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed.,Assist in the coordination of meetings and events as required.,Support the operations team in the implementation of new processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably in a logistics or operations environment).,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Willingness to travel as required.
