📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and business strategies.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns that can inform our supply chain strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our inventory levels are optimized.
• Use SAP and Excel to analyze data and create detailed reports.
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize excess inventory.
• Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and supply chain management.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on supply chain performance and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in demand planning or a related role.
• Proven experience with SAP and Excel, including data analysis and report creation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles and practices.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.
