📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional guest services, including check-in/check-out, housekeeping, and local recommendations.
• Manage daily operations of the property, including inventory control and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Promote and market the property through various channels, including social media and online platforms.
• Assist in creating and implementing property improvement plans.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the villa or homestay.
• Act as a cultural guide, sharing local knowledge and experiences with guests.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the property and company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of local culture, customs, and traditions in Yogyakarta.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia.
• Willingness to live on-site and be available 24/7.
• Enthusiasm for travel, culture, and sustainability.
