📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's telemarketing database.,Conduct outbound calls to promote our products and services.,Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Provide regular reports on call activities and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Proficient in using computer and basic office software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good customer service orientation and attitude.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
