Seed Store Group is a leading player in the agricultural supply chain in Indonesia. We are looking for a Deputy Finance Admin to join our team in Mojokerto. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Finance Department in various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and processing of financial documents, including invoices, receipts, and other related paperwork.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Support the Finance Manager in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.,Handle vendor payments and ensure timely processing of expenses.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and accounts.,Provide administrative support to the Finance Department as needed.,Participate in financial audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial software and accounting principles.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.
